Bottle @ Brad’s house. Pours a clear dark burnt orange appearance with a light brown head. Light booze, rich caramel, toffee, fairly sweet, grassy aroma. Candy, rich caramel, toffee, light chocolate, somewhat fruity, fairly sweet malty flavor though not overly cloying. Not bad.

On tap at Dexter’s. Filtered looking amber-orange. Sweet, nutty malt tones coupled with orange-laced soapy bitterness. A little too sugary for me, the alcohol notes are quite harsh as well. Better than a typical Capital product, but still an unexceptional beer. Harsh, yet watery.
