Bottle. Clear, reddish body with a fast disappearing white head. Strong and nice aroma of acidic berries, vinegar, malt and funk. Flavor is quite sour with both dry fruit and acidic berries, some malt, Wood, vinous and funk. Complex in taste, nice body and long lasting sour aftertaste. Delicious.

KØLF 191018. Amber-orange color with a white head. Aroma is farmhouse, cherries, plums, funk, wood. Flavor is farmhouse, cherries, funk, wood, plums. Complex very nice beer.

Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Sentrum. Rødbrun. Filmskum med litt farge. Kirsebæraroma. Smaken som aromaen. Tynn. Blir lett syrlig etter hvert.

Bottle. Golden amber color, thin white foam. Aroma: fruit vinegar, cherry, sweetness. Taste: sour cherry with fruit vinegar, light sweetness and a bit of "wild".

[ As Birra del Borgo Prunus ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, barnyard, leather, funky, prunes, wood. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart prunes, wood, funky, farmyard, prune. pours clear blonde . small white head. Smell is sour, bit funky. fruity, but not clearly recognizable as cherries. taste is sour, very lactic, dry, bit fruity. nice intensity, yet not truly complex and deep.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is dry sour-ish fruity, very overripe mountain berries, hay, fruit stones, yeast, minerals, oak, flowers, grain, mild vinegar, mild thinner, rubber, mountain cranberries. Taste is sour-ish dry, soda powder, overripe mountain berries, fruit stones, yeast, minerals, oak, mild vinegar, sour prunes, flowers, grass, mild thinner, citrus acid, mountain cranberries. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish and slightly oily mouthfeel. A bit weird aroma, but nice.
