Tasting at Papsø’s
Cloudy amber color. Nice aroma, mixing fruits and Brett. The flavor has some malt and sourness, citrusy. Still to be refined but quite pleasant.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and herbs. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt straw, and herbs, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours an almost clear amber with an off-white head. Tart, Bretty barnyard aroma. Medium body, loads of Brett and lacto on a fruity, berry-like background. Tart, woody and astringent finish. 110110

Bottle. Pours brown with a big off-white head. Sour aroma with some chocolate bitterness and rosted malts. Tastes sour at first but abruptly it changes into a choclatey taste. I don’t think it is balanced but still it levels its two different flavours.

Ap: Dark brown. Big and long lasting white head. Ar: Sour. Small touch of chocolate. Fla: Big sourness with a depth of spices. Dry finish of coffee and chocolate. Ov: The body is a little too small for a beer of this complexity. This beer is brewed with a "careless" charm of a homebrewer. Unique!
