Brewster Gang is a tribute to the phenomenal girl power at BBP! For the 2nd year in a row, they have gathered their talents together with Pink Boots Society. PBS plays a big role in highlighting how women are key to the beer industry & we’re proud to support them. Let’s rock on March 8th & rock more every day after!

The BREWSTER GANG, imagined by our 2 brewsters, Emily & Sara, is a hazy IPA recipe complemented with an organic tea from Yoma Tea, infused with hops with citrus aromas, as well as with tea flavours of bergamot, strawberries and a touch of mint.

9/IV/22 - 44cl can from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ Cybu’s place, BB: 15/XI/22 (2022-340)

A little cloudy blond yellow beer, small creamy bit irregular head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: pretty fruity, tropical fruits, juicy, a bit malty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of citrus, nice bitterness, fruity, crisp, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: fruity, a little sweet, good bitterness, juicy, citrus. Decent!

Draft @ BBP Bailli.

Pours a intensely hazed orange-glow blonde. medium sized, fairly stable white head. Scent is showing somewhat tea, fairly creamy NEIPA base, but far too little hops for a NEIPA. bit orange puree perhaps. Taste is fairly full, body is fairly creamy. Hops are to mild for the style, but I can see how it fits NEIPA better than other options, at least ( mostly due to the creamyness). Present but low bitterness. Mild floral touch, again fairly orange-puree forward ( I say puree since it's heavy, thick, and contains some zest-like bitters) . Overall OK . Would have been better with more hop-forward aroma's.
