Refrigerated 12.7 oz. brown bottle poured into a glass. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is tart fruit, medium body, medium carbonation, and some lacing. Taste tart plum and vineous.

Pours rather clear, peachy amber. Small white head fades rather fast. Smell is dry, lactic sour, plums, bit earthy. Taste is bit tart, rather dry, not as lactic as feared. Fruity. Nice.

500 ml bottle purchased at Leary’s Fine Wine, Newburyport. Bottled: 5-27-2016. Dirty pink in color, thin head in a chalice. Aroma is mild acid, subtle plums, weak Berry hints, light oak.
Acid is on the lower end. Fruit almost balances the sour notes. But still a good amount of pucker. Oaky finish with good tartness. Thankful that there is very little vinegar notes. Effervescent mouth feel. For a sour, this is really nice.

Nice tangy finish here. Pours red with good head and lacing. Some cherry and some raspberry, plum. Tangy finish. Good overall balance. Tap at Snally.

Draft at Snallygaster 2016. Poured a light ruby orange color with a small off-white head. Aroma was berries. Light tart notes. Funky cherry, stone fruits. Flavor was very tasty - berry, cherry. Tart finish.

Pink reddish. Nice head. Fades to a thin line. I can smell plums far from the glass. Smells like their other sours with the addition of plums great carb and mouthfeel. Mm. This is nice. Acidic but plums themselves are acidic. Lingering cherry pie flavor

Bus beer, RBSG PGH 2016. Cloudy golden yellow color. Aroma of apricot and pear. Beautiful softly sour taste, tangy and tart, fruity, juicy. Delicious.
