Draft at the source. Clear pale yellow color, fizzy. Apple up front in this one, maybe light white pepper. Subtle

Bottle from my local gentrified supermarket. Ommegang anniversary glass. Clear, pale gold spritz with a little sediment left in the bottle. 2nd pour was just a bit opaque. Smells of white wine grapes, gum, banana & minerally apples. Obvious pineapple in the front, turning green apple, then gummy & yeasty. Spicy, dusty, lingering yeastiness. A touch more then semi-sweet, juicy, but helped by aggressive carbonation & dry finish. Good.
