On tap at Covenhoven. Goblet pour. Opaque, golden yellow body. Yeasty, melon, macerated scent. Taste is an acidic, yeasty, backend tannic and moderately tart mix. Juicy, almost pineapple middle, slight vinegar, hinting at tropical. Very dry finish. Moderate carbonation, tacky mouthfeel. Okay, if a little difficult to process & enjoy.

Bottle. Clear golden, no head. Aroma of dry apples, spice, sweet finish. The taste is tart apples, a mild cinnamon like spice, mild apple skins. Medium bodied, dry. Kinda simple.

750 c&c from Belmont Station. Pours light gold with whitish bubbles. Aroma is mixed apple/butterscotch. Approaches med body. Flavor is fresh apples, appleskin, mildly tannic/earthy. Seems extremely dry to me. Very, very light butterscotch in the finish. This is not sweet cider!
