A combination of The Butcher and The Vegan because The Farmer feeds them both. We used Citra and Mosaic in whirlpool with Galaxy and Nelson in the dry hop.

Can (4/1/25) from the brewery. Opaque, milky yellow with tons of sparkle, ephemeral thin head, trace lacing. Aroma is pungent cooking herb over background sweet fruit. Taste is strong initial cooking herb, followed by rapidly changing tropical fruit, orange and lemon citrus, berries all taking center stage for a brief instant. Frothy texture, average carbonation, initial blip of alcohol that's never seen again, herbal/fruity/malty dry finish with lingering bitterness. Strongly herbal but very interesting complexity and variation in back half of taste. Unique.

Canned 4/1, drunk 5/23/25, compliments of tfontana. Thanks, Tom!
Another near-turbid, concrete-white-golden beer with a large, well-retained, white head. They are definitely good at nailing that ultra hazy, ultra pale appearance.
Malty (honey, white bread) and very fruity yeast just short of bubble gummy. Peach, pineapple, various other tropical fruits and some pine and earth from the AUS/NZ hops. Comes together nicely, with light floral, light spice and good minerality lingering. No alcohol, resin noted.
Soft, juicy, malty, with good attenuation. I'm either getting a bit of alcohol or just a lot of dull hop bitterness. Probably the latter? Earthy, dry, piney Galaxy with softer juice from the other hops. Citrus and tropical fruits with a round, deep texture and good attenuation.

Panda at home, thanks to The Wingmane, 21/05/2025.
Hazed orange topped with a good sized just off white head that thins to a swirl then retains.
Nose is bitter tropicana, Nelson twang, grapefruit, hop spice, pine resin.
Taste comprises punchy citric flesh, grass, guava, pine needle, dank spike.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness with a Nelson twang.
Tidy DIPA.

Panda thanks to Wingman. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Soft cooling pine. Dank skunk but fairly crisp. Soft and mildly ripe citrus. Mellow tropical fruits. Some hop spice on the semi dry finish along with a whisper of Mosaic blueberry. Goes down easy and well rounded but I found it hard to get excited about.

16 oz can traded by tfontana. Aroma is green hops, herb, pine, floral. Flavor follows. A good amount of herb, followed by weak fruit and some malt sweetness. Good balance. Nice beer.

US Pint can at Benny’s Place, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a milky light yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, mango passionfruit. The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a rich, smooth, super dry, tropical citrus, light hop burn,, big hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Very hoppy and the combination worked well.
