Bottle. Pours a cloudy brown with beige head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is roast, smoke, and vanilla. Thin mouth with strong smoke and sourness that tastes infected, no.

Bottle. Pours opaque black, small brown head, dissipates quickly, done lacing. Aroma is light smoke, roasted malt. Flavor is very smoky, almost artificial smoke, medium sweet, kind of sickly. Astringent smoked teriyaki meat. Light bitter. Sour. Are we infected perhaps? Medium body. No.

Bottled. A dark brown beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of smoke, whiskey, roasted malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of vanilla, smoke, whiskey, and caramel, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and light caramelish. Vanilla, roasted malty and citric sour. Smoked and light tarish. Vanilla and citric finish. Very strange, yet not offensive.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Doodler. Pours a clear orangey brown with a creamy, light brown head. Aroma has roast, subtle oak and even subtler smoke. Medium body, the lactic acidity hits you straight away revealing that this clearly suffers from a bad infection. Same notes as in the aroma are here: roast, ashes smoke and oak with a vanilla whiff, it’s just all overpowered by the sourness. Ends dryish and ashy. Shame. 030612

Bottle. Pours a dark brown with little head and aromas of grain silo and peat with a little vanilla. Flavor is discombobulated, to say the least. There is a tart edge to it at times, a bit of dustiness and vanilla and a fairly sweet brown sugar and maple syrup finish. It’s not awful, but not a beer I will ever try again.
