On tap at Jack Allen’s kitchen Round Rock. Hazy medium amber under a small white head that leaves lots of tight lace. Nose is light grain and toffee with a touch of pepper. Flavour is lightlying sweet toffee with a slight lemon tartness and a touch of spice. Thin mouth with slightly soft. 6+/3/6-/3/12

12 oz can purchased as a single at Spec’s Liquor in Dallas, Texas. Crafted on 3 1 16 stamped on bottom of the can. The pour is a hazed yellow golden with a smallish white head with some suspended floaties. The aroma is soft lemon, general fruit sweetness and not much else. The taste is lemon peach along with an off flavor, almost and oxidized malt, towards the back. The palate is light to thin bodied with soft carbonation and a dirty finish. Didn’t work for me.

Very pale and hazy. Has a nice grapefruity/mango nose. Similar palate. Lighter body, not a lot of bitterness. So a wheat-accented session IPA. It works.

12 oz. can. Aroma is pretty nice, grain mixed with a light grassy hop. The body is lighter with a high carbonation level. The base of the brew is wheat and grain, plenty of citrus flavor. I wouldn’t let this sit in the can to long but if you can get it fresh in Texas, it’s worth a pint. Decent wheat based ale.

On tap at Hughies. Pours a hazy gold with a small off white head. The aroma is bready malt, honey, and grass. Light mouthfeel, honey malt, wheat, crisp, good.
