A blend of wild and sour oud bruins, 6-33 months matured in first and second use bourbon barrels. Produced in our open fermenter with a mix of brewer’s yeast, brettanomyces and acid producing bacteria. This blend is a selection of five barrels from our program. Small amounts of bottles will be available in April.
