Draught at the source: pours brownish with a beige head. Aroma is caramel and earth plus loads of coffee. Lightly bitter. Sweetish. Coffee aftertaste. Solid.

Coffee scotch ale like a.... Coffee plantation in Edinburgh??? Dark brown pour with good head. Bitter finish. Tap at brewery.

On tap at Ratio, pours a deep dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of French press coffee, light toasted caramel. Flavour is all coffee, with little scotch ale left. Nice coffee bomb, but it's not particularly complex. Decent.

Draft at Ratio Beerworks. Poured a dark brown color with a smal light tan head. Aroma was a blast of coffee, light sweet malts. Flavor was a lot of cold-brew coffee, roasted malts. Some alcohol really comes out in this one. Very tasty.

Hold Steady with Novo Coffee 6.2% A dark scotch ale blended with cold press coffee. A deep dark brown cola pour. Nice soft coffee aroma with a sweet caramel hazelnut. Nutty and a bit bitter black coffee. This medium bodied beauty drinks smooth.

Dark brown and s bit muddy. Thin head. Earthy aroma with light coffee. Full body. Somewhat harsh coffee character, really roasty.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong roast and dark chocolate. Medium mouth, rich roast, dark chocolate, bitter, lingering dryness, very nice.

On tap at the brewery pours a deep brown with some sudsy, white head. Nose is excellent, Folgers, just a face full of wake up coffee, some toast, roasted almond. Nice inviting coffee. Flavor has... yeah, more coffee, like a cup with turbinado sugar in it, toast, mild caramel. Full bodied but dry. Quite lovely.

Turbid purplish brew - coffee totally dominates this - I’ve had the base beer and I can hardly taste it’s character here - tastes like straight-up cold coffee - some vanilla bean character and moderate bitterness/roast - maybe a bit of maple - kind of watery, very sweet finish - meh.
