Growler (Thanks Frida!). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is nutty, some caramel, mild toffee as well as some floral tones. Flavour is somewhat floral and grassy bitterness along with mild toffee, some nutty, caramelly and biscuity tones. Smooth and nice ESB!

Keg at Rockaway, Long Island City, 12/04/23. Clear golden to light copper with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is caramel, stewed fruits, light hop notes, grains. Taste comprises biscuit, fruit esters, toffee, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay.

Tap at the brewery taproom long island. A mostly clear amber orange coloured pour with a halo of white head, semi sweet nutty apple brown coloured pour, custard, apple custard. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty malts, light toffee, apple notes, dried fruits, light grass. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation. Good.

On tap at the LIC taproom. Pours orange brown. Biscuit, pepper, bread, strawberry, dried fruit. Full body. Nice enough.

Draft at Valhalla, 9th Ave, New York City. Pours amber with a small lasting off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, biscuit, and jammy fruits. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium plus body, sticky texture, soft carbonation.

From cask. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild butterish and toasted malty. Slight fruity. Butterish and herbal. Toasted malty. Dry, bitter and herbal finish. Didn’t work out from cask.
