12 oz draft pour served in a Tulip at Jax in Denver, Colorado. This was listed simply as “Saison Farmhouse Ale”, though based on conversation with server this is the beer (he mentioned this won GOld at GABF, which this beer did). The pour is hazed yellow golden, with a well formed one inch white head that is lasting. The aroma is bright citrus fruit, herbal earth, bit of mineral spice and general toast malt - all bright and integrated. The taste is the citrus fruit of the nose right, very fresh, moving quickly to the yeast notes of herbal, mineral and finishing with clean bread malt notes. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and the toasty citrus bright clean finish. Really nice.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong yeast, floral, honey. Medium body, honey, clove, wheat, dry finish, good.
