Draft at Ginger Man NYC. It pours cloudy gold with a thick white head. The nose is earthy, dirty, slightly funky, lime zest, over-ripe, stone fruits and damp leaves. The taste is sour, lime, some acidity, sherbet, limeade, marmalade, earthy funk and cracker with lightly acidic linger. Light - medium body, fine carbonation and slightly sticky mouth - feel. Simple sour as the name says, but enjoyable enough.

On tap at The Ginger Man, NYC. Pale golden in color and with a minimal sized off-white head. Almost clear. Sourish, fruity aroma, peaches, banana and apricot. Lightly acidic flavor with lots of tropical fruits. Medium body and a nice carbonation. Rather dry on the palate. A bit boring this one, sort of one dimensional, but at least it’s refreshing. 150624

Draught @ Ginger Man. Clear rich yellow with almost no head, fruity aroma, high carbonation, moderately sour taste, abrupt finish. Weak bur refreshing to drink.

Draft - Light white grape and Apple. Hazy light gold with almost no head. Lots of Apple, tartness me some light soapy notes. Very unassuming and light.
