Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong brett, oak, floral. Thin body, brett, lemon zest, oak, floral, nice tartness, really enjoyed this.

This is a crushable little tart saison-ish beer. Light and effervescent body. Sweet and sour lemon peel. Mild underripe apricot, pear and grape. Some fruity funk and oak. A little bit of a doughy malt background. Moderate, refreshing tartness. A touch of malt sugar keeps the beer from getting too harsh. Fairly soft. Nice clean flavor. Very tasty stuff. Would pair well with food. The beer is a light hay-ish yellow color. Big white pillow of foam, lots of lacing. Quite cloudy. 750 ml bottle. Thanks, snuffy.
