Tasting at Papsø’s, with gentiane
Cloudy blond color. Dusty soil aroma, very light fruitness. Weak body, shy malt flavor, with bitterness without qualities that can be either over boiled hop or the gentiane. Forgettable.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Dry spicy herbal nose. Medium body, some sweet fruit yet with an extremely dry and astringent herbal bitterness from the gentian all through the finish. 110110
