Dull light amber, not looking that great. Pronounced coffee nose, though of no particular complexity. Soft body, lots of coffee, ok but would appreciate some sort of depth of nuance.

On tap at Reuben's, pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of coffee upfront, not much else to speak of. Flavour is along the same lines, with nothing but coffee. Fairly monolithic, with not much going on but the coffee. Solid but sort of a #whatsthepoint beer.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong roast, brownie, coffee grounds. Thin body, roast, dark chocolate, light bitterness, good.

[3/1/15] Draught at Reuben’s Brews in Seattle. Clear golden. Aroma with butter, coffee and some fruits hints. Sweetish flavor with coffee and a bit of buttery note. Medium-bodied.

Draft pour at the brewery. Pours a light clear golden color with no head. Very nice coffee bean aroma and flavor. Light cream, a little buttery. Coffee lingers, but overall quite refreshing. Unique beer. Good stuff.
