33cl bottle in Bierbrasserie Cambrinus, Brugge: 6th September 2022. Mini haze to the golden body, decent white affair on top. Light citrus undertones below the yeasty and malty front. Went well with my Cannelloni, as did a few other beers!

16 February 2019. At Cambrinus, Bruges. Cheers to the family! Also known as 'Brugse Babbelaar'. Pours clear golden with a big, lasting, foamy, white head; lots of lacing. Aroma of overripe banana, honey, apricot, apple peel, white bread, white sugar, yeast. Taste is medium fruity sweet, notes of banana, apricot & apple peel on a bready malty base; light to medium spicy bitterness has pepper, faint coriander, bit lemony sourish & overall yeasty. Dryish, grassy hoppy finish, yeasty & spicy. Medium body, slick-oily texture, fizzy carbonation. One of those cliché blonde ales I never get around to tasting, but here it was. Inoffensive, that's about it.

Pajiza turbia, un dedo de espuma. Aroma poco marcado. Cuerpo medio carbonatacion baja. Sabor inicial dulce, caramelo y afrutado para evolucionr hacia un final bastante amargo que sube al paladar.

Tasted at the beach in 2005 and apparently this is still around. Typical outdoors café blonde, golden coloured, hazy under a snow white head; malt sweet, yeasty with some estery fruitiness, orange touch, somewhat thin, yeasty finish with grassy hops, dryish. Stereotypical, on the bland side and forgettable but still, quite balanced and quenching.

13/VIII/13 - 33cl bottle from Rotsaert (Zedelgem) @ home - BB: 13/II/14 (2013-762)
Clear light orange beer, big creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very sweet and sugary, lots of banana, some alcohol, that's about it. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet sugary start, almonds and marzipan, orange peel, some citrus, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: pretty dry and bitter, little herbal, sweet banana touch, but quite a bitter ending with some alcohol.

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Clear orange golden color, full sized white head. Not a lot of aroma. Taste malts, a bit yeasty, decently bitter, a slight touch of hops. Not bad at all, certainly a decent Belgian blond beer. Medium body and carbonation.
