Hazy golden coloured body with a thin white head that fades fast. Aroma of nice yeast, honey, coriander seed, grass and a lot of flowers. Light to Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy and floral taste with a good dose of malt to balance with a pleasant and surprisingly complex finish that shows alcohol, malt, sugars and a good yeastie note. Aftertaste shows a subdued finale with the coriander seed and yeast playing the largest parts, but the pleasantness of a floral finish with a touch of hops is nice. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable beer with good flavours throughout and a complexity to enjoy. To think that this is just a typical beer that you can find everyday and enjoy without question or savouring is amazing. I sampled this 33 cL stubby bottle purchased at the Bier Tempel in Bruxelles, Belgium on 02-January-2011 for €2,50 sampled at home in Washington on this side of the pond on 26-May-2011. Best by date of 16-June-2012 on cap.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy to cloudy orange with a diminishing white head. Aroma is mild yeasty and light caramel malty, classic Belgian. Medium sweet flavour yet dominated by yeast and caramel in a light way. Mild spice note into the finish. Lingering smooth yeasty and slight caramelish too.

Bottle, thx to fonefan. It pours a slighlty hazy, golden body with a white to off-white head. Nice fruityness on the nose, with some pale malt and generic grains. Sweet and fruity Belgian style in the mouth, with a little spicyness and pale malt. Medium, quite fizzy mouthfeel, and a fruity finish with some notes of spicyness. A quaffable beer that doesn’t stand out at all. (080412)

Bottle. Citric fruit aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Nice, big, creamy stable white head. Slightly fruity flavour with a good breadiness. Not a powerful flavour, but nice and very drinkable.

An unclear orange beer with a beige head. The aroma contains notes of yeast, peaches, and metal on a slightly acidic background. The flavor is acidic spicy with hints of metal and a sticky mouthfeel and a dry end.
