Sample at the taproom. Clear yellow-gold color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of piney hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of piney hop, grapefruit and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap at Fall, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp piney hops upfront, with a toasted biscuity malt base. Flavour is very crisp, with piney hops, some bitter grassy notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Nicely balanced, dry and crisp, with an assertive astringency. Solid.

Bottle from Bine & Vine. Pours translucent gold with a slight white head. Aroma has citrus, but the Crystal seems to putting spicy/floral - or else something is faking cooked pale stone fruit. It's a pleasant aroma, but I just can't reach certainty. Med body at least. It is a bit peppery, it is citrus, it is floral, and I insist there's pale stone fruit. The flavor is somewhat intense in a spice way. It's dry, the malt is hardly discernible, and it is bitter. Excellent.

Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits a clear deep gold body that supports a thin white head of foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The modest aroma offers up green earthy herbal leafy hops, spicy dank hops, thin pineapple and then a grapefruit sensation. The taste delivers spicy, herbal, grapefruit and kind of honeydew like hop bitterness and thin soft hop flavor. This creates plenty of hop bitterness and leads into a mild soft hop flavor sensation that's largely citrus and tropical. Pretty dange good IPA

Bottle from Beer Zoo. Clear golden body with a medium white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of earth and marmalade. Flavour of waxed lemon and boiled sweets. Medium body with an oily texture. Light fizz. It’s ok but I felt it tasted a bit harsh and artificial.

Pour is a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is a decent pine and citrus fruit hop. Flavor is the same. Some pine and citrus hop with a large bitterness. The bitterness is left on the tongue and there is no heavy sweet malt. A solid no frills IPA.

4th April 2017
Clear gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is light and has a good minerally carbonation. Light clean pale malts, modest sweetness. Little malt cream. Smooth cooling pine hops. Whisper of smooth hop skunk. Mild resin and mildly bitter citric peel sits under everything else. Exceptionally smooth IPA, nice change of pace.

On tap at the brewery. Golden/orange with a white head. Fresh and hoppy with grapefruit, some pineapple, light hay and some caramel. The body was medium and the finish quite bitter.
