Golden color with tints of orange, large mousy head, with aromas and flavors of confectionery sugar, clove, bubblegum, fuzzy fruit, with a soft creamy texture and semi sweet finish.

On tap at Council, pours a clear golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of Belgian yeast, candied sugar and bubblegum. Flavour is similar, with bubblegum and cereal grains. Nicely constructed and though not authentic, it's very pleasant.

On tap at the brewery(was listed at 9.1%). Pours a cloudy orange yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, spice, floral. Medium body, bubblegum, pure sugar, boozy finish, good.

[2/19/15] Draught at Council Brewing in San Diego. Clear golden. Spicy and fruity aroma. Fruity and spicy flavor, slightly alcoholic. Medium-bodied.
