Draught at source: pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is mellow tropical notes. Taste is super lightly bitter especially at the finish. Not that sweet. OK.

Crisp and clear light orange and golden coloured body with a thinnish off-white head and a lot of bubbles coming from the bottom. Aroma of citrus (naturally), light dry malts, a dash of sugars and some subdued floral and hay scents, with a tiny bit of yeast noticeable. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and very citrusey flavours with a lot of bitterness from the hops, but also showing a softer, well-balanced malt and light sweetness to couple with the relatively strong hops with a good deal of alpha acids. Aftertaste shows a lot of the hops with a fairly dry characteristic and a light sweetness, but a supportive and slightly dull maltiness and barely a sliver of alcohol is around the edges. Overall, a nice and enjoyable citrusey IPA with a lot of character and a good/solid balance with malt and a dose of sugars. I sampled this sixteen ounce can, given to me by the Director of Operations of the brewery after a hockey game in Spring 2019 in Arlington (Ballston), Virginia - Thanks Erik!

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of earthy citrus with a bit of sweet grains and light grass. Flavor has dank and earthy citrus with a light grain backbone.

Bottle thnx to the DC group that came to Belgiuminabox ! Pours unclear, rather amber-colored. Small white head. Smell is east-coast hoppy. Taste is intensely bitter, with a prominent pine character. bit fruity. The aftertaste is long lasting and provides the palate with an intense bitter taste, with the pine characters still present. Nice !
