From tap at The Monk’s Kettle, San Francisco. Delicate and dry Saison with peppery notes, saison yeast, grainy malt, mild spicy, soft citrussy fruit. Has some tartness with a fairly bitter finish for a Saison. Medium bodied. Nice.

Too thin, too bitter, lack of malt profile to back it up. Yeast profile tried its hardest to keep up to this poorly brewed beer. Crafty fox SF

Draught at the Palace of Barrels, small stable bubbly creamy head, clear palish gold color, aroma of yeast and mustard seeds with a funky whiff, flavor of yeast and bubblegum, empathic herbal bitterness. Really nice and enjoyable

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast and spice. Medium body, yeast, lemon zest, clove, dry finish, good.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is yeasty and light citrusy. Smooth fruity, yeasty and light citrusy. Bitter, citrusy and crisp hoppy. Mellow yeasty and fruity finish.
