Bottle @ Ulfborg Session, Mid March 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a frothy white head. Sweet spices, cookie dough, pear / apples and yeast. Medium bodied. A touch of alcohol.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Hazy golden with a big white head. Yeasty and dusty aroma with weak fruity and grainy notes. Sweet fruity and dusty flavour with lots of alcohol.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden to lightly orange color, average sized white head. Smell yeast and sweetness. Taste some sourness, malts, alcohol and some spices or herbs. Fizzy carbo, medium body.

Slightly hazy amber with a handsome, creamy head. Very distinct yeasty nose. Flavour dominated by plain pilsener malt and yeast with a somewhat unpleasant underlying tartness. 291205

Bright golden, amber-bold body. White frothy head, mostly lasting. Fair lace. Hoppy nose of flowers, pine, ... Moderately bitter initial flavour, lightly sweet. Heavily bitter finish. Lively mouthfeel.
