One of the better Dutch standard lagers, since 1987, with soft maltiness, sweetish but honest, insufficient hops in the finish, bit thinnish. Good for anyone who likes the more malty lager style.

300 ml bottle from Super Food in Palm Beach, Aruba. Brassy gold color with a quickly dissipating white head. Slightly grainy malt aroma. Fruity malt flavor has a touch of citrus. Mild citrus hops in mid taste. Thin body and flavor. Overall, nothing special.

Bottle @ Schraevenacker, Belgium. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, grain, grass, maybe a hint of metal. Flavor is malt, grain, grass, light metallic. Thin body, lively carbonation. 030814

Appearance: Clear golden color with a creamy white head. Ok lacing.
Aroma: Caramel malty and mild citric.
Palate: Medium body. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Caramel malty, mild fruity and some citric notes.
Overall impression: Ok decent lager.

Clear golden. Quickly diminishing white head. Moderate and slightly lemonish acidic aroma. Equally moderate taste, with a sugary sweetness. Short aftertaste.

Can, 0.33l. Clear golden color with medium frothy white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma is grainy, grassy and slightly fruity. Taste starts with moderate sweet caramel and apple, follows by grassy and grainy acidity with dry mouthfeel and medium bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. One of the best mass produced pilseners, so far...

33CL bottle at home, yellow/golden beer, small head, aroma and taste is just like any other pils, not bad bit sweet. decent.

7/5/2022: Been a while since I've had this, and although it's still not my favorite macro lager, it is tasty enough and great after a long day outside.
