On tap at Le Bier Circus, Brussels, Belgium on 27th January 2012. Clear gold with white part-lacing foam. Richly sweet and mildly hoppy aroma. excellent rich hoppiness and cheesy "savouries" in mouth. Delicate maltiness which is not too heavy, and a grassy flavour burst in the mid-point. Fruity end with grassy and rich malt notes. Zingy yet not over-carbonated mouthfeel.

Bottle, 25cl. It’s a clear, golden beer with a nice, finger thick white head. Pale malts, some peppery hops, a touch of green pinecones and some grass and resin in the aroma. The flavor is maybe a bit on the sweet side, with pale malt, grassy and piney hops and a fine bitterness. Medium body. There’s some maltyness in the finish, but a good bitterness dominates. Very tasteful, lovely hops, and easy to drink. (090228)

Bottle, 5.1%. Weak vinous aroma. Clear golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is citric and vinous, not old-tasting. Has a little cardboard, too.
