Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter wonnderful well balnced flavor. Long great moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle, bb 5/27. Amber with a cm of white head that lasts OK. Aroma of oranges, grain, dough, some spices and herbs. Pretty much how it tastes. Alcohol doesn't stick out much but there's not much of a snappy bitter finish either. But it's not bad.

Klare gelb orange Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, hefiger, hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, hefig, hopfig mit Karamell. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, voller Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Von Corsendonk hatte ich schon länger nicht, aber die bedruckten Flaschen sind nach wie vor ein Hingucker 👀.
Dies ist ein nicht zu bitteres, aber doch recht vollmundig malziges 🥞 Belgisches.
Nett zu trinken, wenn auch im Vergleich mit anderen Belgiern 🇧🇪 schon fast zu klassisch.

Deep golden pour, thick head. Nose is esters, sugar and booze. Taste is the classic Belgian yeasty character, sweet booze, green apples and rock candy. Long lasting, sweet and boozy finish, average to high carbonation, medium body.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is estery yeast with sugary notes, malt, ripe sugary fruit, some floral notes, spicy yeast. Flavour is sweet with a light bitterness. Body is medium. Drinks easier than the 10% suggests.

Margie noticed this on the huge beer menu in Cafe Botteltje on 22nd October 2024, I'd just skimmed past it thinking it was the regular Corsendonk offering you see all the time in Belgium. Anyway I decided to have a bottle and I'm glad I did. Golden orange body, clean and clear, on top a white crown. Nice, easy going, boozy blonde/tripel.

Même si elle est simple et avec un équilibre imparfait notamment avec son sucre trop poussé, j'ai globalement bien aimé cette triple qui ne peut renier ses origines belges. En verre nous sommes sur un blond doré avec une fine effervescence soutenue et une mousse blanc cassé de 5 mm. En bouche, on reconnait tout de suite l'appartenance belge avec un alcool puissant et plein de caractère comme je les aime. Le sucre est toutefois un peu trop sucré qui ne permet pas à l'alcool de complétement s'exprimer et empâte un peu la bouche. Personnellement je trouve l'effervescence un peu trop poussé. Corpulence et longueur sont bonnes mais le final est un peu dur tout de même.
