Bottled. Reddish copper colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is rather sour wood, raspberries and some slight sugary and mild cherry stone notes. Flavour is very similar, but very dry and tart. Good slow sipper.

(Bottle) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of raspberries, oak wood, dried fruit, some vinegar and a touch of chocolate. Fruity, tart taste with raspberries, oak wood, hints of vinegar, lemon, chocolate, nuts, red fruit and a dry and tart finish. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a fresh acidity and a good balance between raspberry and wood. Very nice.

On tap at Beasts and Brews. Reddish brown color, with a big, tan head. The nose is big raspberry, vanilla, lime, and oak. Sweet and sugary, with a puckering finish. Lovely and aggressive.

Can. Pours a clear earthy red with a near white head that dissipates quickly and near completely. Aroma has tart raspberry with some oak and a touch of light grains underlying. Flavor has sour raspberry with a touch of sweetness, some acid and a bit of oak underlying.

Bottle shared by F+M, many thanks! Pours clear burgundy with almost no head. Tart raspberries dominating flavor and aroma altogether, slight balsamic touch, light vanilla. Lightly vinous and oaky. Nice!

Sampled on draft at Tapped this beer poured a murky brown color with a large foamy tan head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was tart and sour with vinegar, soy sauce, vague berries and chalk. The flavor was very tart and sour with chalk, vague berries and vinegar. Amazingly long finish. Medium body.
