7/8/2025. Cask at GBBF 2025. Not much of a looker. Nice hoppy aroma, biscuit, caramel, a little peppery spice. Good bitterness. Likeable.

On tap at Standard Tap in Philly. Medium gold pour. Small white head. Zesty citrus nose is subtle. Flavor is clean and crisp. Lemony notes. Spicy hops take over in middle. Quite flavorful for the low ABV. Excellent representation of the style.

Taster at Rivertown Taps. Pours an unclear, orange color, with a big, foamy, off-white head. The aroma is orange peel, rye toast, chalk, resin, and coriander. Off-sweet, with a mild, clingy bitterness. Light body, astringent, and thin. Fair.

Opened the season with a commanding 9-2 win over the Pig. Our biggest rival. Shocking win after how tight the summer championship series was. Kind of had a preseason feel to it. Light, bitter, smooth. A wonderful bitter. Need to get to Bonn.

From Tired Hands General Store: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is toffee, nice subtle malts. Taste is the finest essence of bitter distilled. Light, delicate, subtle and chuggable. It can be enjoyed on many levels. What beer should be.
