Kicsi, gyorsan elapadó hab, borostyán szín. Fűszeres, búzás, kenyeres illat. Enyhén savanykás, sós, búzás-kenyeres ízek. Könnyű, enyhén szénsavas, csak leheletnyit kesernyés. Nagyon finom, frissítő, letisztult berliner weisse.

Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours light, translucent gold with a nice creamy white head. Tart lemon aroma. Arguably med body. Flavor is lightly tart, somewhat lemony, and has a light wheat base that isn't really interfering with the rest of the flavors. Dry. Champagne of the North it is.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, pale yellow with a white head. Yeasty and lactic tart aroma. Light body, an odd slight sweetness before the lactic tartness takes over. No bitterness whatsoever. I've never been a fan of the clean Berliner Weisses, but this is actually quite pleasant and quenching - and not overly sour. 270622

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours opaque gold, with medium grained white foam, limited and irregular. Aroma delicate fruity, some apricot and grapes. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet, with delicate acidity. Final is short.
