Pajiza turbia de abundante de espuma, bastante consistente y de retención media/alta. Aroma clásico de witbier, levadura belga, notas especiadas, cilantro, y citricas. Muy suave al paladar, agradable. Cremosa. Sabor alineado con el aroma, malta de trigo en la base, y notas de limón y cilantro.

Tap in Vicenza. Hazy pale color smooth white head, a bit pungent on the nose. Flavor is citrusy, soda, sour lemon, vague grass and wheat. Not much going on, Ok-ish but i think the tap was not clean there were off flavors probably because of that.

Degustada en tulipa, color amarillo pajizo, ligeramente anaranjado, turbia, corona de espuma blanca de retención media. Emana aroma con notas florales, levadura, pan, cilantro, especias. En boca es suave, ligera, algo sedosa, notas de pan, flores, cilantro, levadura, banana, ligero punto cítrico, especias...Una witbier de libro, tan sencilla como agradable.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty malty and slightly yeasty spicy aroma with a minimally dusty touch, weak, fruity hoppy overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, slightly perfumed, spicy and citrusy fruity, hints of coriander and orange peel, lemon, a touch of banana. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Weak aroma, balanced taste - OK.

Bottle, small stable stiff bubbly head, hazy pale orange colour, wheat, waffle, citrus, coriander, hint of toothpaste and strawberries. Nice and simple.
