On tap. Pours a pale copper color with light head. Aromas of farmyard, musty grapes, citrus and sharp wheaty malts. Flavors follow same with a little less funk and additional tart grapes.

Bottle pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured a pretty peach-orange color with a very wispy head. Aroma was white wine grapes, light sweetness, some light funk. Delicate floral with some funk. It's a little colder than I would probably serve it, but it's delicious.

Beautiful light Ogden color. Light grape sweetness. Low medium tartness. But doesn’t show light and dredging notes. It makes the best it can out of the grape but trying to take a B level grape into a super model will never work

[2024 Vintage] On tap at Moeder Lambic Fonteinas for the Olambic Games. Pours murky blonde with a white head. Musty grape skins on the nose. Flavour has tons of juicy grapes, must, very gentle tannins, barnyard funk. Damn good, great white wine character.

Tap at Moeder Fontainas. But hazy yellow golden with white head. Lychee, sweet grapes, wheat, apricot, peach, cheesy, oak. Under medium sweet, sour and bitter. Full bodied. Good stuff, this is more beer-y than some other Cantillon grape lambics.

Draught at Novare, 6/16/22. Lightly hazy, coppery-brass. White head to ring. Stinky farmhouse poopiness with citrus and mineral-tropical-fruit-forward notes. Golden raisin, oak and vanilla. Sweet yellow fruits. Apricot heavy juiciness with mineral and long white wine barrel. Juicy sweet very unattenuated wine/grape. Pretty good if a bit rough around the edges.

Vinous, slight apple note, almost tastes like a cider blend. Classic funk, not overly complex.

75cl bottle (bottled 18/10/2023, 7%) @ source. Head is thin, white, quick gone. Colour is nice gold, hazy at the end of the bottle. Aroma is rich grapes and grapeskin, bit mandarine, green apples, bit vinous, lemon touch. Taste is medium malty base, light sour grapes fruity, grapeskin, sour stonefruits, woody, bit vinous, lactic touch, barnyard, soft carbonation, not so offensive, juicy, very sophisticated, fully enjoyed.
