Like all things truly Jersey, 077XX makes the most in balancing through its accentuation of extremes. Inspired by the west coast IPAs we love, we added a thump of hops to a dynamic malt profile and chose a yeast to drive these two further than they wanted to go. Throw our water into this mix and you will find dank green resinous hops popping over orange, mango and papaya aromas, with just enough sweetness of body to make the long finish a pleasure to have around. Drink 0’Dub when your night matters.

On tap at The Office Tavern and Grille, Morristown, NJ when I visited my sister.
Appearance: bronzed yellow color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which slid off nicely and left some sly lace
Aroma: deep piney hops, lots of dankiness, some tropical fruits, clean malts underneath
Flavor: bittersweet and danky adding some oniony character here; sly aftertaste of piney hoppiness
Texture: medium to full bodied, good sipper, some chewiness to the hoppiness, finishes with that hoppy crisp bite I was about to expect
Overall: had one before dinner came and had another with dinner and was certainly one great night.

Draught at Post Bar, small bubbly creamy head, hazy deepish orange colour, grassy woody aroma, same traits in aroma with a bit of vanila and onion in back and a whiff of fruitiness. Medium grapefruit grassy bitterness. A bit heavy but still nice and drinkable.

Mostly pine here. Clear golden pour with pretty good head retention, good lacing. Bitter end. Nice west coast body.

Pours light copper into an English pint. White head with little retention recedes to nothing. Pine and mango aromas. Soft with pine, passion fruit and tangerine upfront turning to pith and peel in the dry, lasting tongue-stripping finish.

Pours a clear light amber from a can. Big pine aroma, a little like pine sol. Similar flavor. Okay beer.
