On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark amber with small off white head. The aroma is toasted malt and spice. Medium body, earth, spice, bread, light finish, good.

Sample at The Ohio Taproom during the Athens, Yo! event on 05/17/2017. Clear dark amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of roast malt, caramel and fruit. Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, ripe fruit and a touch of hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
