(Bottle, 0.33 l, at Tuulensuu, 20250307) The beer poured dark reddish brown and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and rather white. Aroma had caramel, sugar, chocolate and metallicness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were caramel, malts, sugar, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A dubbel, not a tripel. Not good but easily drinkable.

Darker golden beer, with a mossy sheen; very small head. Pale & toasted malts, bit of maltsweetness suggested. Jumble of malts again, cookies, vanilla cookies, and a finish that is more hoppy-neutral. Retronasal muscat grapes - pointing at USA hops? Medium bodied, slick. Beer was actually served a tad too warm, I wonder what a fresher start might give. Not attenuated enough for being a TRIPEL, more a golden (Be) ale.
