28/11/2015 - 15cl sample from 75cl bottle @WBF2015, Bierhalle Deconinck, Vichte - shared with tderoeck. Hazy light yellow fruitjuice colour, no head. Nose and taste : lots of lemon, citrus, light bitter hops, no sourness, rather some sweetness.

Sampled at winterbierfestival (Vichte) 2015. Pours unclear yellow, no head. Smell is sharp, lemon-ish. Green hops. Taste is citrussy, green hops, cheesy . Nice, but not at all sour, in contradiction to what one might expect. Perhaps it will be when the brett has worked ?

28/XI/15 - 75cl bottle @ Winters Bierfestival (Vichte) - BB: n/a (2015-1659) Thanks to Bierridder_S and the Gentse Biervereniging crew for sharing today's beers!

Very cloudy pale yellow beer, no head. Looks just like a glass of lemonade or something. Aroma: very spicy, an overload of coriander, herbal, bit grassy. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: lots of yeast, bitter, spicy, some coriander, soapy. Aftertaste: yeast, herbal, unpleasant bitterness, bit medicinal, no, no, this is not ok. A clash of too much harsh flavours all together.
