Muffin Top combines the attributes of a Belgian Tripel with a huge burst of American hops. Intense flavors from the Belgian yeast, reminiscent of candied fruits, mix with the hop bitterness and sweet orange peel to create a unique take on a Belgian-Style ale.

(Bottle) Hazy amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with orange peel, dried fruit, spicy/perfumy yeast and candied fruit. Malty, fruity taste with orange peel, dried apricots, spicy yeast, dried fruit, perfume, candy sugar and a generous peppery, citric, resiny bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. A bit boozy and intense to be in perfect harmony, but quite tasty. Nice one.
