Gushing to irregular light-tan head, fed by fulminatingly carbonated red-brown beer. Pickles nose, weird spices; bit of sour brown German bread (sourdough) and milkchocolate. Malty nose with a (too) sourish character. Lactic, sweetish-sour main taste. Touches of wood, chocolate and dark(er) malts. Again sourdough bread. Rather creamy MF, if at the same time spritzily carbonated texture with real acidity. Light to medium bodied. Hardly more convincing that the Blondje, certainly after the gushing...

330 ml bottle. Hazy amber body with a thin beige head. Aroma is mild, sweet fruity with an acidic hint. Flavor is almost like aroma, mild malty, fruity and both sweet and slightly acidic. Medium body. Rather nice, might be a bit unusually in flavors, still quite enjoyable.
