25 cL bottle, from fonefan - thanks Jan! Pours dark brown to redish with a fully diminished off white head. Light malty aroma. Flavour is mild bitter and light roasted malt. Light sweet flavour following into the finish.

Bottle. Thanks Christian. Amber/red with a off white bubbly head. Aroma is mostly sweet & slightly sour. Caramel , sugar & easy vinousness. A bit too much sweetness & metallic notes.

Bottle @ Sour ale Tasting - DOE Holstebro. Clear medium brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, brown sugar - dryed fruit. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (250308)

Ruby color, small white head. Light caramelly and metallic aroma. Bulk brune: caramellish with plum and raisins. Plain, but drinkable. Roman beers are not usually very interesting.

Bottled. Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is vegetables, caramel, earth and hops. Flavour is quite the same with big grassy and earthy finish.

Bottle: Poured a dark brown with a creamy tan color head. The aroma is sweet and caramel. The taste was a burnt sweet malt, finish was dry and sugary.

Das Bier beginnt mild malzig und leicht cremig, dabei spielt der süßliche Unterton eine große Bedeutung. Diese verschwindet zwischenzeitlich hinter einem malzigen Ton, kehrt aber im Nachgeschmack wieder zurück. Besonders im Nachgeschmack wirkt das Bier dabei aber etwas eintönig, eine auflockernde Fruchtigkeit wäre hier angebracht. So reicht es zum Mittelmaß.
