Canned on 08/05/2025. Een ondoorzichtig troebele goudgele kleur met een kleine maar blijvende witte kraag. Geur is in eerste instantie dank en harsig uit het blik, eenmaal in het glas is het veel milder, meloen, lychee, deeg-achtig. Retronasaal is er zacht fruit, maar toch ook wat kruidige hop en lichte bitterheid. Smaak is middelmatig bitter, iets aards, met een licht zoetje. Medium body. Vrij fijne koolzuur prikkeling. De bitterheid blijft lang hangen, maar is niet te heftig.

Murky orange colour and steady white head and lace. Juicy, citrusy aroma. Medium-bodied. Grapefruit, mango, apricot in the flavour. Steady.

Draught @ The Greats of Craft, LIC Queens NYC (June 2025). Extremely hazy dull yellow with a small foamy off-white head, citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter unripe mango-citrus peel-coriander taste, somewhat thick body, long finish. Flavorful.

Draft: Poured a bright orange with a lacing white head. Aroma is a mix of juicy fresh hops, danky, tropical, melon. Taste is juicy, bitter hops forward, tropical, pulpy, melon, lively in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at As Is. Pours a cloudy light, slightly milky yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has dank orange and some grapefruit with a bit of melon and grass underlying. Flavor has really dank and oniony citrus with some grapefruit and a hint of pine coming in.

From tap at The Pony Bar, New York. Intense tropical fruit aroma with mango, citrus, orange, pine, tangerine, some dank notes. Mild sweet flavour with a gentle moderate to medium bitterness. Above medium body, incredibly smooth and balanced. Drinks like... making love with Nelson hops.

A Double IPA, with Nelson Sauvin... and from this brewery - YES!! Hazy, golden-orange colour with a big, warm yellowish head, good retention and loads of sticky lacing. Beautiful, fresh scent of Nelson giving a touch of white wine grapes, not too strong, with a blending orange juice base. Creamy mouthfeel, but not thick and with a smooth building, mild dryness. Some light citrus zest left on the tongue, lingering. Again, Sauvignon Blanc flavours over citrusy notes and a tad grassiness. Quite a delicious Double NEIPA with a hop I do enjoy.

Hoppy, fruity, more on the dry side. Tropical fruit, some dry hay, smooth, a bit bitter. Rich and tasty, very nice.

Can at home from J and B Craft Drinks, cooking Hairy Bikers Caranitas and Smokey Mac and Cheese, 19th October 24. Been after this one for a while. Pours a hazy orange, aroma is grapes, gooseberries, spice, classic Nelson. Taste is Nelson saturated as expected, mellow, dank, earthy, spice, gooseberries and grapes and medium to high bitter. Classic DIPA, excellent stuff
