We're approaching bold body and vicious viscosity from all angles in this 14.61% ABV Imperial Stout. Mass Action is a select blend made up of last year's favorite double mash barrels and 24-month aged barrels finished through 800lbs of fresh coconut pieces, 650lbs of toasted coconut, a veritable island of bananas, and 300lbs of Jet-Puffed's finest marshmallows.
Cold first sips are pure coconut. Let the liquid warm a bit and the dreamy sweetness of marshmallow bounces onto the palate, making way for a wave of rich, ripe banana. Caramel tones of toasted coconut and barrel balance the blend with a complex, lingering finish.

On tap at Bottle Logic, pours jet black with a small brown head. Nose is intense, with loads of banana pur�e, followed by coconut and a little bourbon. Flavour is ridiculously decadent, with deep, luxurious coconut, followed by banana, and rounded out by complex bourbon barrels. The coconut overshadows the banana, which is probably for the best. Another impeccably crafted pastry stout from the masters.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours black with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong banana, marshmallow fluff, roast, cocoa. Slick body, banana cream, roasted malt, coconut, marshmallow, nice sweetness, light booze, enjoyed this.
