Sampled from the tap at Bottle Theory. Pours a slightly hazy earthy peach with a rose hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tart apricot and a light vanilla with an oaky funk underlying. Flavor has a nice tart apricot with light acid and a vanilla backbone.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is vanilla, oak, yeast, apricot flesh. Slick body, tart apricot, vanilla, oak, funk, cheese, light tartness, very nice.
