Tap@Brewdog Seven Dials, London - hazy golden pour with a white head and lacing. Citrus fruity with some notes of grapefruit, lemon, citrus peel, sweet malty backing, touch of hop spice into the hoppy finish.

Can tried at Van Moll a while ago. Rating was somehow lost / not saved, but I remember the score. I believe I found this one alright, but too sweet to really like it, especially as I like my DIPA's to have piney / resinous hops and a solid bitterness. Oh well..

Clear blond to orange beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very soapy, floral, bit oxidized, bit musty, malty, some 4VG? MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of alcohol, vanilla, sweetish, lots of chocolate, more alcohol, bit sourish, more alcohol, dark chocolate.

Keg at The Albion, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey. A golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, mango, tropical fruit on the nose. Tastes hoppy, mango, some tropical fruit, some pine with a medium bitterness. Was expecting a quality DIPA from Buxton but this was a little underwhelming. Two mediocre Buxton beers in 1 day in Kingston.

Can. Almost clear gold beer, short lived pale cream colour head. Light and fairly dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin and sweet malts. Sweet dry floralness. Sweet floral mango and citrus. Dry and mildly spicy bitter finish. Overall vibe here is definitely sweet and dry and thus overall - surprisingly clunky for Buxton!
