We took our 10 Layer Stout base recipe, amped up the adjuncts and abv, then blended with our house pastry cream and milk chocolate to create the base. Once we were satisfied with the base, we transferred off into smaller tanks to introduce more ingredients and flavors.

16oz can next to the OG, pours out muddy brown topped with a small tan head. Nose is sweet chocolate peanut butter and something odd. Taste is more of the chocolate peanuts and still can't put my finger on that oddness.

Can thanks to Savada. Pours a muddy brown with small beige head. The aroma is peanut butter, chocolate malt, roast, booze. Thick body, roasted malt, cocoa, peanuts, boozy finish, good.
