25 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Delhaize, Beauraing. Milky light yellow with a green tint and a white head. Light citrus aroma. Wheat taste due to the spelt of course because spelt is just a fancy wheat. Light body and a strange finish.

Bottle from Delhaize supermarket . Pours unclear yellow, kinda looks like a white . OK white head fades fast . Smell is overpowering sweet grainyness , in a typical way ( I’d guess thats the Spelt ? ) Very intense smell if you get it instantly , but it quickly fades off . some sweet aspect as well . Taste is sweet, malty, bit buttery, some very faded bitterness . Reminds of a white again, but less spiced . backbone is bitter ( weird how this beer changes ) and a bit dry . easy drinkable . Too high carbo . At 5 percent , this as got a lot of taste . Bio and spelt sound very bad in my ears, so I am even more surprised about how easely I can enjoy this one . Nice work !

750 ml bottle. Pours a light yellow with small head. Aroma of citrus and green apple with light floral notes. Flavors are similar with additional notes of grain and light spice/pepper. OK but nothing special.

Bottle at home. Hazy light beige/brown colour. Aromas of citrus and is slightly acidic. Also the flavours are of citrus and grains, and little bit of yeast. Somewhat dry and vinous touch on this. A sharp bitterness. Overall a special taste but a not so balanced and pleasant beer.

25cl.

A hazed pale yellow ale with a thin white head. In aroma, smooth herbal spices, sweetish watermelon. In mouth, a nice smooth sweet saison, light lactic points, smooth and quaffable. Bottle at Mondiale 2011, June 12 2011.
