Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: yellow to orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: apricot to grapefruity to lime hop notes up front with a subtle lime zest popping in there; light clean sweet cracker malts
Flavor: bittersweet through the prior noted aromas with a touch of juiciness but also a light zesty pop; finishes with the apricots, grapefruit and lime zest
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but also some hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: nice enough as a West coast styled IPA, I could come back to this.

Optisch Osaft, schöner Schaum. In der Nase Pinien, Mango, schöner Fruchthopfen. Im Trunk herrlich cremig, Fruchtpudding, sehr angenehm, süffig, sehr lecker.

Can picked up from Beer Republic webshop Berkel-Enschot Netherlands and consumed at home Thursday 13th February 2025 listening to Huw Stephens on 6Music it's Round Table tonight. We're cooking Fish Goujons with Chips and Mushy Peas. Pours hazy yellow gold with a sticky white head. There's a fuzzy indistinct bitterness and yes it's a bit juicy, as expected it doesn't really know what it is and is clearly trying to appeal to two groups, however fails in my view. It's fine but tastes a bit thin, yeah it's hoppy but I just don't get it.

Can that actually says "NEW west coast style IPA" at home. A bit unclear yellow to light orange color, medium sized white head. Aroma is malts, nicely hoppy, but also a light unsettling hint of green unripe hoppiness. I get that in the flavor too. U b ripe, too young hops. Decently bitter, decent malty base, decently hoppy, but that underlying hint of unripe green too young hops doesn't go away. Pity, I hold crooked stave in very high regard and this is -imo- not up to their standards.

355ml can from Alko. Poured bit misty golden with a huge white head. Citrusy hops, some tropical fruitiness. Light to medium bodied. Some grapefruit in finish. Not the freshest example.

Can 355ml (Alko web Crooked Stave Juicy West ABV 6.0%) Hazy pale yellow colour, small steady white head. Citrus, tropical fruits in the nose, doesn't smell very fresh. Medium-bodied. Citrus, apricot, lime zest, pale malts. Not a NEIPA good, but lacks real WC character. Maybe when it is freshier?

Taster at the Colorado Springs Wine Festival. Pours a hazy, pale, yellow color, with a bubbly, white head. The nose is grapefruit, apricot, vanilla, lime zest, and dust. Dry and musty, and a solid, mellow bitterness. Light, crisp, and easy.

(Can, 0.355l, at G Livelab Helsinki, 20230301) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness, tart fruits and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, tart fruits, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A tasty hoppy brew with complex spicy notes.
