Unlike any other beer you’ve ever experienced, King of Carrot Flowers, a carrot juice and elderflower Saison, defies convention, crafted with culinary balance in mind. Made in celebration of EatDenver’s Harvest Week, King of Carrot Flowers bursts forth in an illuminate, ripe cantaloupe orange hue, while exhibiting subtle fruit forward citrus notes and nuances of pear, honey, coriander and vanilla. This vibrant, expressive, dry Saison showcases the versatility that can occur between beer and food, and also represents the complete journey from the fields of the farm, to the streets of the city, culminating in the glass that you are holding.
