Our rustic farmhouse wheat ale is fermented with a mix of yeasts from some of our favorite traditional breweries. Very dry and sprite; bright with pepper and acidity. Named after visionary jazz player Ornette Coleman. Open fermented.

Pint draft at the source. Poured a nice golden straw color with a fluffy white head. Aroma was nice wheat notes with some earthy hops and spice notes. Flavor was nice malt, wheat, and spiced hop notes. Pretty enjoyable. Some light funk to it. Nice low ABV makes this easy to drink.

12oz pour on opening night. Hazy gold with some thin, lacing white head. Nose is yeasty, pepper, mild lavender, light cheese, some corn, mild hay, light honey comb. Flavor is really nice for 3.7%, mildly sweet, a distinct gristy character, light fruit, coriander, lavender. Medium bodied which was a surprise given the ABV. Dry finish. Very nice.

Draft at the source, opening night. Hazy to cloudy golden yellow color, huge creamy white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of dusty barns, light citrus. Taste is decently funky banana, bitter straw and hay. Very tasty. Love the lower abv.
