Listed as Fawkes' Foeder on their menu. Appearance is lightly hazy gold with no sparkle, thin cap of white head with poor retention and nice lacing. Aroma is tart fruit and wood foeder. Taste is tart fruit, lemongrass, foeder and light pepper. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with bubbly texture, average carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Overall, one of the more pleasant Brett beers I’ve had. Well made.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is pepper, lemon zest, brett, wood. Slick body, citrus, pepper, vinegar, brett, oak, acidic finish, good.
